Turn off Digital Crown volume control

Is there a way to turn off the digital crown’s volume control? When I am listening to music through my car’s Bluetooth sometimes my sleeve will catch on the crown and turns the volume to zero. Also true if I’m watching Netflix on my phone and something disturbs the crown.
