Copying diagnostics information

Basically, with iPhone 12.1.4 and iTunes 12.9.2.6, I sync my iPhone to iTunes, but the copying diagnostics information part takes forever. How do I turn this part off when syncing. Or is there any way to.

Syncronisation ITunes and Iphone I have a Iphone SE (2nd generation) and I tried to made a syncronisation with Itunes. Each time : Impossible to make a syncronisation. I have already use the diagnostic test in de Help menu from Itunes and all is OK.

sync iPhone with iTunes Is there a problem with backing up iPhones with new OS mojave? I had no problem before updating to this operating system. Since I get the error message sync session failed to start. I have tried different cables, made sure all software is up to date and carried out some maintenance as suggested on the internet after lengthy searches on the subject.
