how do I delete music on my iCloud library but only on my computer not on my phone?

I am trying to delete all of my music on my laptop because I only listen to it on my phone and I want to free up storage, but I don't want to get rid of it I=on my phone swell. I have iCloud music library enabled but I am afraid that if I turn it off, delete it, then turn it back on again, it will sync and either put it back on my computer, or remove all of my music from ALL devices.
