Unable to remove Eventbrite tickets from Apple Wallet

A user posted this question in August 2018 and many others checked that they were having the same problem as well.

Here is the original post:

“There is no Remove Pass option under the “I”. Therefore the tickets just pile up with now way of removing them.”

Here is the simple answer to removing them, posted by another user in this forum:

You have to start wallet using the WALLET APP on the home screen for that option to appear. It won't be there if you start it by double clicking the home button or using the control panel. That's a security measure so that someone who picks up your phone can't delete things from your wallet.
