Event tickets expired in Apple Wallet

I have tickets to an event tomorrow, and when I add them to Wallet they don’t show. I went into wallet and looked at Expired Tickets and it’s there, but with no QR code. I selected “unhide” passes in setting and it shows but without QR as well. These are season tickets, I’ve had them for years but this is first year they are digital. Is this an Apple issue or ticket office/event issue? I can screenshot the QR code when I pull it up I guess, but it would be nice to use them in Wallet.

I have season tickets in other sports from same University with the same delivery of digital tickets with no issues adding to Wallet. What gives?
