Unable to uninstall Creative Cloud macOS Mojave 10.14.3

After upgrading to macOS Mojave 10.14.3, Creative Cloud would not work. Continual spinning circle.

Tried the repair which didn't work.

Tried to uninstall didn't work. Message

Downloaded Creative Cloud uninstaller and it didn't work. No message just didn't work.

MacBook Air 13", 10.14

Try booting up in Safe mode, and then, try uninstalling the app.

I would suggest that if using Adobe Creative Cloud is critical to you, you have at least two choices:

Perform a clean install of macOS High Sierra to the system drive on your Mac, or
Perform a clean install of macOS High Sierra to an external drive and boot up with this drive whenever you need to access this app. Otherwise, boot up from the internal drive to gain access to macOS Mojave for your other apps.
