Caps Lock Issue

Whenever I have Caps Lock "on" and I change keyboard input (English to Greek and vice versa) Caps Lock turns "off". How can I change that? I have Mojave 10.14.3 installed.

Misplaced keys on Spanish keyboard layout I have a Logitech MX Keys Spanish keyboard but the keys to not correspond to the keystrokes. For example, the ¿ and ? keys are shown on the top right of the keyboard but are actually produced by the bottom right keys. I'm running Mojave with the keyboard preferences set to European keyboard. Is there an easy way to solve this?

Switch between keyboard layout using caps lock Sometimes I press Caps Lock to switch keyboard layout, but it doesn't work. It shows the layout is ABC, but actually Chinese comes out, or sometimes I need to press Caps Lock for 5 or more times to make it switch to another layout. If it has been a while I don't restart my Mac, it will happen. To fix it, I have to restart my Mac. The problem occurs on all app. I have had the problem since High Sierra.

That would be not possible.

When changing keyboard layout, it use the standard configuration and that is not with Caps lock on.

As near as I can tell you can't change it. A switch to any other language disables the Caps Lock key and would need to be pressed again.
