Tiny scuff on brand new iPad pro 12.9
I just got a new iPad pro today and pretty lucky not to get a bent one either but there is this tiny scuff that's only noticable at an angle. Should I exchange it?

That really is a tiny cosmetic blemish in the anodising. The dust in your picture is nearly of the same scale 🙂
If your iPad is otherwise without fault and in good physical condition - as you observe, without a bend - you might decide it would be better to keep what you have.
If you purchased directly from Apple, you have a 14 day “no questions asked” return option. After that, on the basis of your photo alone, I would speculate that you’d have some difficulty in convincing Apple that your iPad has a defect worthy of a waranty exchange. Consider also that after the 14-day return window, an exchange, if offered, might be from “reconditioned stock” in a plain white box.
Ultimately, it’s your decision.

Honesly, if you don't circle it, I would think you were talking about those tiny specks of dust(?) on the Apple logo. I would stop looking at or thinking about that scuff and stop worrying about it. I like things that are flawless but sometimes there are more important things such as the actual device functionality. If it works flawlessly, I'd keep it.

Especially since in less than a week, it will get at least one tiny scuff on it from simple use anyway.
