The problem with proof of student status Unidays for the subscription Apple Music
Hi. I study in Russia in a professional technical school. I submitted a document to UNIDAYS, they confirmed me as a student. They write to me that I should not have problems with the student subscription Apple Music.
But the problem is that when I click "confirm student status" in the Apple Music app, I go to the website myunidays.com where I write that this subscription is available only for students of higher education. And Unidays customer service told me about it. But Apple's rules say that students in both higher education and secondary and technical schools are eligible for a subscription Apple Music.
But they myunidays.com they tell me that I'm trying to subscribe for the students of higher educational institutions... Although in the rules that says all students can get it.
