My iPhone 7 Plus does not have mms option in settings

I cannot send MMS messages on my iPhone 7 Plus because there is nowhere in Settings to turn on MMS messaging, only SMS messaging. I have gone to the YouTube demonstrations and my phone does not look like theirs in settings--it is missing the MMS button. Has anyone else had this problem?

Contact your cellular provider to be certain your account includes an option for MMS.

Enable cellular data.
