Beat studio 2.0 wireless not found on discoverable

ok so my beats were working fine , now I cant connect to them through my laptop or phone.

here is what ive tried so far ;

resetting the device holding the power button down for 5 -10 secs , white light followed by red light flashes 3 times, powers on ( 5 lights full battery ) … cannot connect

holding volume reduction button and power button on (while charge) to access pair mode, goes to pairing mode and light flashes 3 times then stops.

while the headphones are off charge and powered on, the power led light is on however the battery life indication lights are on for 2 seconds then they turn off and power led light remains on.

connecting to laptop via usb ( ive already updated the devices firmware before ). it comes under other devices.

when I view the installer this is what it shows. if I click product it brings me to beats website and says "we are having technical difficulties"

please HELP , and no my beats aren't fake as Ive registered them before
