I bought a ipad off eBay form someone with good feedback. They have reset the pad but it's saying to me ipad disabled connect to iTunes. When I go to iTunes to restore ect it's saying I pad not found how do i get this to work please.

You can try to follow the directions in this link EXACTLY, but if the iPad requires an Apple ID and Password that you do not know or have, return the iPad for full refund as it was clearly not prepared properly for a new user.

It was reset to factory setting I had to go into Apple today as it was blocked and asking connect to iTunes. But if they remove it from I cloud ect would I then need to connect to iTunes again??

I don't know why it edit anything. I was asking why this email address is like this,, I heard of hotmail. Co.uk gmail.co.uk ect. But never one like this .
I have messaged the seller at 2pm via eBay and text message and no reply as yet.
I hope for your sake they help you and you aren't another victim of buying an activation locked iPad with no way to ever use it. This happens daily and often multiple times daily.
Ebay should protects buyers. If things between you and the seller don't work out, contact Ebay immediately.

So if they remove it themselves will it just start working or would I need to connect to iTunes again.
Well the seller contacted me today and gave me a email and password witch was incorrect. I have now requested a refund.
