Third Part Cookies

I am trying to watch a video for my classes but it states that, "It seems your browser is blocking 3rd party session cookies which are required for the Kaltura application. To resolve this issue, please update your settings to allow 3rd party cookies."


I went to the Safari and clicked on Preferences-Privacy. The cookies were already turned on? How can I allow my computer to watch these videos?

Safari > Preferences > Privacy



  1. Cookies and Website data: Disable "Block all cookies"
  2. Website tracking: Disable "prevent cross-sitetracking


Change Privacy preferences in Safari on Mac - Apple Support


Visit the site

Safari >Preferences >Websites > Pop-ups

Click inside the box next to the website name and choose "Allow".
