On my iPhone Xs Max, when I tap on View Apple ID, it will not redirect to my Apple ID page. It just keeps going back to the previous page. I've tried 2 hard resets. Any suggestions?
Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Were the hard resets a restore to factory settings?
Do a backup and try a factory reset.
I am trying to access my Apple ID:
Settings > (my name) > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID: (my email address) > View Apple ID.
At this point, it just goes back to the iTunes & App Store screen.
Where are you tapping to view Apple ID?
Yes. I have three and we tried that, too.
