i was wondering if there is any place that i can get a list of ios firmware signed from 10 to 12 for my iPhone 7 plus

The only available iOS version is the current 12.1.4 version.

The only version of iOS that is signed for the 5s and up is 12.1.4.

You either update your phone using iTunes or by going to Settings>General>Software Update while connected to WiFi.
