Crackling/Clicking Audio Interfaces

I use Logic Pro X, my audio interfaces are acting a little wonky.

When I plug in a Thunderbolt Audio Interface (an Apollo Twin) I can't hear ANY audio. When I use my Thunderbolt HDMI and my USB powered Scarlett 2i2 I hear very loud pops/crackles and eventually my audio cuts out and doesn't come back unless I unplug one of the two. I still hear very faint popping when I'm only using the USB powered Focusrite.

Is something wrong with my Thunderbolt? I'm on a much older machine (2011 MacBook Pro) But I can't afford a new one. Just hoping it isn't a huge hardware problem. If you need any more info, please ask. Looking to get this resolved.

EDIT: Even with the Focusrite by itself it cuts out audio and makes **LOUD** static noises. Regular laptop speakers seem to work fine.
