Can't install youtube app on my ipad mini.
I'm getting an error asking me to update to ioS 10.
sadly no update is available for my device!
Please help!
Only reason I bought the iPad is for youtube videos...

You should have purchased a more modern iPad. Check this link out and see if any of the options work for you. If they don't, you'll need a more modern iPad capable of running the newer iOS versions:
