Random digital touch messages being sent without you sending them?

I've started to notice that in my text conversations, a Digital touch message will have been sent without having sent one. They will always be simple like a finger touching the corner of the screen. Once, 3 digital touch messages with the exact same effect and graphic were sent to a friend without me sending them. I do have an Apple Watch and can guarantee that my arms are not hitting the watch. If that was the case, then I'm not sure how the same message could be sent 3 times within a minute. Is my phone hacked? Thanks.

Hello, xSgtMelonx.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

It's my understanding that your messages are sending a Digital Touch message without you actually sending one. I don't think you're getting hacked but I may be able to help you with this. If you haven't done so already, restart your iPhone. Sometimes a restart can help resolve issues. Also, does this seem to be only with messages or do you notice unusual behaviors with other apps? I would also remove Digital Touch from your messages and then see if you send out messages without doing anything. To remove it, follow the steps in this article: Use iMessage apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch You may have to remove it from your favorites list and then you should be able to turn this app off. Once you do that, test it out. If the issue doesn't occur turn it back on and test again.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers!
