pc laptop mail will not add icloud mail

I see that you're having some trouble adding an email account after removing it. I'd like to help.

Are these the steps you're using to add the email account? Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support If so, and you're still having trouble, let us know what happens when you try to add the account. Do you receive any error messages?
