Retrieve data without unlocking the phone

I broke the touchscreen on the top half of the phone. My last backup of the phone was from December and I would therefore like to retrieve the data from the phone if possible... but I can't unlock it because of the broken screen. Is there a way to transfer the stuff on the phone to my mac or to a new phone (maybe with quick start)?
