Recover data from broken iphone scree

My iphone 7 broke, only the screen though and it is cracked. However I really want to recover the pictures and videoes from it. I have tried connecting my phone to my pc using several applications on windows 10, yet all of them required the phone to be unlocked, and that is impossible since the screen is cracked. As well as the data is not icloud backuped.

Is it possible to recover the data without screen replacing?

Can I icloud backup the phone when I can not acces it from the inside?
