Apple Homekit can't connect Koogeek Accesories anymore?

In my new home, after changing my modem, I reset Koogeek accessories and apple homekit. I have reset the Koogeek accessories (Lightbulb, lightstrip, smart outlet) to factory settings. I tried to reinstall it by following the normal installation steps. But I get the "could not add accessory" error.

My initial thought is you may not have reset the Koogeek Factory Settings correctly? My brief manual says you need to hold the pin in the hole for (at least) 10 seconds, which seems like a long time.


You also may need to reset your permissions in iCloud Drive, Keychain, HomeKit>Koogeek, ( these instructions were on P2 of my Door/Window Sensor set-up guide repeated below from the Device Downloaded PDF. Interestingly I can find no "Troubleshooting" on the website. Let us know the outcome
