ONN Earphone Bluetooth Pairing

I bought a $10 dollar ONN Bluetooth pair of headphones. I tried to connect it with my laptop, but it just won't work. I connected it one time, and after that it didn't work. I've tried

• Pressing the earphone on button before I tried to connect on the laptop, and vice versa
• Removing my other headphone bluetooth device from the laptop's choices
• Connecting the other Bluetooth device, disconnecting it, then connecting the ONN pair.
• Turning the Bluetooth device on and off and reconnecting it.

Please help!
