I have an Iphone 6 and it was working well. Suddently it stops and it got stuck on a white screen with apple logo. I follow the steps, put it on recovering mode and tried to update it in Itunes. Didnt work. Got really despaired and put Restore. Even then it didnt work. Kinda lost here... Any hopes?

You have not told us your iTunes version number, or the version type and number of your operating system.
You need a reasonably current version of iTunes to communicate to your iPhone.
If you're still using iOS 11.4.1 (the last version of iOS 11), note that iOS 12 was released in September, 2018.

I have a theory...just dont know if it makes sense.
I havent done new updates on the ios system on my phone since the 11.something. I think 11.4.1 or 11.1.4.
And as I remember... it didnt have a lot of available memory on it...
My theory is: it is trying to update to the last ios system version but there is no space left...so it got into some kind of loop.

Saying “the latest version of [] iTunes” tells us absolutely nothing. The version may be too old if your operating system is old. We need the version number.
If you’re trying to upgrade using iTunes, your theory would not make any sense.

I downloaded iTunes from Microsoft Store - version 12.9.3.3
I have an Iphone 6. It says on iCloud that the iphone has a ios 11.4.1 version.

Well, Brazil does not have the best Apple support stores. They could not fix it. That is why I am trying on the internet.
And one place said something about downgrade itunes version so the phone could "communicate" with the an ios system. The exactly words were "if you want to use iTunes to restore/update to a signed iOS version that isn't the latest, you'll need iTunes older version" (sorry, I have absolutely no idea how this things work)

I can´t unlock or go the Home screen. The screen is frozen on those two screens I said
no, I can get into the recovery mode. Or apple logo only screen. Thats the only two I can.

The iTunes is 12.9.3.3. I can´t really access my phone, as you know. But in iCloud, when I check the info about it, it says ios 11.4.1.
Should I download the iTunes version 12.8 then? it was release in 09/07/2018, 4 days after ios 11.4.1 (released on 05/07/2018)?

I have no idea whatsoever, what "it says on that page" means. Even at the start, you are asked whether you downloaded iTunes from the Microsoft Store or Apple. I have no idea what the answer is. Further, I have no idea what "nothing" means. Did your computer simply stop responding while you were in the middle of typing?

OK, since you downloaded iTunes from the Microsoft Store, the article I linked above provides the eight steps you need to reinstall the Apple Mobile Device USB driver. That is what you need to do next.
Well, if you cannot get into Recovery Mode as described here, then you'll either need to have the iPhone serviced at an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center, or replace the iPhone.
I think you've said you cannot get into Recovery Mode. So there's nothing else you can do. You must visit a store or service center.
