Frozen freefall game

I can not purchase items from the in App Store any longer , when I tap on the item I want to purchase such as more lives or snowballs . The list just bounces back to top each time. It will not do anything . I used to be able to purchase all the time . I have updated all and also restored purchases , added money to my Apple account and tried logging off and then back on again . My iPad is set to accept purchases without consent. I'm not sure what is wrong .

New app purchases not happening I use iphone 11. Recently, I can’t purchase any new apps from app store even though it’s free. The loading circle rotates & sometimes the notifications bar disappears rendering the screen frozen. Then i have to turn off the screen & wake it again & the app purchase password doesn’t show . I can explain in details if needed:)
