Apple Watch won’t activate says cellular plan not in use?

Been on the phone with Verizon the past 4 days recently upgraded from a Series 3 to a series 4 and on my app under cellular it’s shows Not In Use Verizon and all I can do is remove the plan and add it back and it does the same thing, on the watch says no cellular plan. Any help please,

Time to get off the phone and go talk in person with a real Verizon human in a brick and mortar company store. Or you could try Apple support for your new watch (you have 90 days free support entitlement) but I think you will need to do it face-face at a Genius Bar appointment. Contact Apple Support. At least they will (should) be able to tell the Verizon phone rep there is no defect in your watch so the problem really IS at Verizon's account setup.
