my microphone on my iphone 7 isn’t working

i can’t hear or record anything when on the phone and call fails after a few seconds. all videos have no sound. headphones won’t connect to my phone, even the apple headphones that came with my phone, will not register they are plugged it. my phone will charge so i don’t think it’s the port. when on a phone call it won’t let me use the speaker option at all. my call log disappears after each call that fails (which is every call) my call log says the last call was february 4th, but i have attempted multiple calls and received multiple missed calls since then. what do i do?
