windows server web GUI not accessible on Safari (MacBook 13 Inch Mid 2012 OS Mojave 10.14.3)

I have a medical software server running on windows. I have another windows PC that can access said server web GUI from Chrome. I can't access this server on MacBook Safari. What information do I need from the windows PC to access said webGUI on Safari? The server address is server1:2020 and as this is typed on windows PC there is the login page. I can't get to that login and password page on Safari. I can get on it on Chrome in windows.
