Problem with setting up Apple Pay

Hey,

yesterday in my country started Apple Pay (Czechia) and I have found some problems.

When I’m trying to set it up, then something pops up:

When I was searching for some info, it’s posibly ‘cause my age (15), or child’s account. Is there any chance to use Apple Pay with my terms, or something to need to do? Thanks
