GPU Panic issue, Mid 2012 Macbook Pro

Is there a simple way to disable my NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M permanently so that my laptop won't restart everytime it tries to switch the graphic? For now I am using this command to make my laptop work perfectly until another restart. It's working perfectly and disabling my NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M for until next time.

sudo pmset -a gpuswitch 0

0 Stands for integrated, 1 stands for External in my case NVIDIA and 2 stands for auto switching.

I hope this will help someone in need, for a temp solution.

Hope anyone can post the details for the permanent solution.

Thanks, but that isn't a permanent solution. Its not working for me, as soon as i open any graphic software like photoshop it's again going to use my nvidia graphic and restarts my laptop.

I found this http://dosdude1.com/gpudisable/ this but its not working on my laptop as my laptop is mid 2012 and the software attached to it is a new version.

But finally I found this blog https://dhavaldalal.wordpress.com/2018/05/29/how-to-disable-failed-discrete-gpu-nvidia-geforce-gt-650m-for-macbook-pro-101-mid-2012-on-high-sierra-10-13-4/ which exactly seems to solve my problem. Here shout for everyone who is having the same issue :) It worked on my high sierra very well. I recently upgraded to Mojave, after few hours of upgrading I got the same issue again but once booted in Recovery Mode, open Terminal, and run the following command: csrutil disable it solved the issue on my mojave too.

Hope its going to help someone.

Regards
