How can I view "same time one year ago" in my pictures? I do not see that option.

Photos will occasionally create memories called "On this Day". These memories will collect photos from a year ago or earlier years with the same day. Have a look in your Memory view.

You can also search for photos from a year ago with an Apple Script.
