I get notifications of texts and whatnot on my apple watch 4 even though I have do not disturb while driving on my phone turned on. Could you tell me how to have the same functionality on my watch that I have with my phone while driving?
Or add this feature.

On the Apple Watch app, tap My Watch. On the My Watch screen tap Do Not Disturb. On the Do Not Disturb screen the details of the iPhone's Do Not Disturb settings will appear. Set the Mirror iPhone switch as needed (to On or Off).
