I keep getting a NO Signal on my TV. It shows the Apple TV is HDMI 3 but Apple TV does not start. Any suggestions would be appreciated!! It worked for about a month and then one day, POOF!! The Apple TV has power.

Do you see the light turn on, on the Apple TV? Is it solid or flashing?
We assume you've done basic mechanical T/S - try different cable, make sure it's seated, port no. decal

Then it would be an issue with the connection with the TV and not the Apple TV itself, as far as this issue is concerned. If there are other issues you are experiencing then it’s best to start a separate thread so someone can investigate on those further.
If there were an issue with the Apple TV it wouldn’t be restricted to one particular TV manufacturer and would also be much more widespread.
Doubt it. When people are using other 4K sources, such as a Fire TV Stick 4K on the same HDMI port, the blinking screen and no signal issues go away. The reddit community seems to think the Apple TV has major handshake issues. Especially with Dolby Vision enabled.
Vizio owners are having all sorts of problems with Apple TV 4K. There are a couple of threads on the official Vizio subreddit about it.
How can we elevate this problem for a fix?
That doesn’t rule out the TV as being the cause. Again, if it were in fact the Apple TV causing the issue then it wouldn’t be restricted to a particular TV manufacturer, and be more widespread. This forum would also be full of reports. If anything a fix would need to come from Vizio
