Is this a phishing e-mail?

I received an e-mail from: info_cust1@appstore-payment13.com>

Body of e-mail: Dear Customer,

Feb 21, 2019 Payment of some Apps has been accepted. Our system will send your orders within 24hours. Thanks for your orders.

Your invoice is now available, attached to this email. If you want to view, manage, or cancel your order. Please download and open invoice attached below.

If you have any question, please visit our support site.

Thanks for trusting Apple Store.

This e-mail contained an attachment which I did not open.

Is this legit or a phishing e-mail???

It is a phishing scam.
