Apple Classroom not showing apps on teacher device

I have a colleague who is using Apple Classroom. When she taps on Open in order to lock a student into an app, none of her apps show up at all. After a restart the iPad seems to reindex all of the apps and display them, but they they disappear again.

I'm having her delete the app and reinstall as a last resort because she'll have to add all of her students again. She is using an newer iPad Pro with 12.0 installed.

Any ideas?

keeping students in guided access I have a 4th Grade student who has figured out that by pressing the home and power button together will get him out of Guided Access to access other apps. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? How do you keep students from getting out of Guided Access? I have tried different iPads Gen 6-8, with different IOS versions)

APP not showing in App Store I am searching for an app "Rave Panic Button" in the App Store for a teacher and it will not come up. Several other teachers in our school have downloaded it successfully with the same phone (iPhone 12) and current iOS. The app is compatible. It seems like games are always coming up. I signed the user out of the game center and the same APPs come up in the search every time, but not the Rave app. Any assistance is appreciated.
