Unable to press "Set up manually"

I have just reset my iPhone 5s and when I go to set it up again I am unable to press "Set up manually." There is no issue with the screen as the phone responds to me on other sections of the setup like setting the language. It's like the OS doesn't realise there is a button there to press.


I have tried updating, restarting and resetting again but when I get to the screen to select set up manually it will not let me press that.

If I understand your post correctly, you are unable to select the Set Up Manually option on your iPhone during set up. I’d like to help.


It sounds like you've already done some great troubleshooting. At this point, I'd recommend that you contact Apple Support directly.
