i CLOUD CHARGE

I've received an email from Apple saying my data is no longer being uploaded to iCloud and inviting me to upgrade. I upgraded in Dec 2018 to 50GB but in spite of my standing order to pay monthly only one charge was made. I've confirmed that the order was made through looking at my purchases on the iTunes Store. What's gone wrong?

iMac, OS X 10.11

Top right hand corner say contact support fill that in and Apple will call you, good luck!
