Why I am unable to watch itunes trailers on my windows10 PC?

I recently borrowed a gaming PC off a friend which has the latest version of Windows 10. I have been mucking about using it as my all round desktop and have discovered that I cannot play movie trailers when in iTunes. The machine simply freezes and then has to be rebooted to continue being used. I know this sounds like a PC question, but I'm wondering if there is something up with the iTunes app on this computer.
