iTunes Hangs Upon Attempting to Play a Movie

What can I do to resolve iTunes hanging when playing a movie?

iTUnes 12.4.1. This is the only version I can install from the Microsoft Store.

Acer Nitro 517-42

3060Mobile 30.0.15.1274 from the Acer Website ALso tried the latest from Nvidia

AMD 6800H 30.0.24038.3002 Integrated Graphics Driver from the ACer Website and I also tried the latest from AMD

I tried creating a new Library.

Redownloading a couple of the movies.

Reinstalling iTunes.

Windows 11 is Fully Up to Date

I have Deauthorized and Reauthorized.

At one point I got the playback window to appear but it was randomly pixelated. with no discernable video.

Music VIdeos play.

Cyberlink's HDCP utility indicates HDCP is working.

Not sure why this did it, but I had to make two changes. In the Bios -> Advanced -> Display Mode I had to change it to Discrete GPU Only and in Windows set iTunes to use the Nvidia GPU. Either one on its own did not work.
