I am trying to restore one of my game I have subscribed this game for 1 year. When I look at 'manage subscription I can still see there I have subscribed this game. I have tried to erase the app and download again. I have tried to log out and log in back. I have used all same apple Id and payment information.
what is wrong with this app...?? And what it mean by purchase the sofware application first to restore the purchase?

UPDATE : It turned out to be that my apple ID and my icloud ID was different. So I only had to log out and log back in with same ID. Thank you.

Well, you have not told us the name of this app ... so we have to guess.
My guess is that the app got re-invented with a slightly different name, and you need to purchase and download the new version of this app with a slightly changed name.
The best and first thing you should do is, to contact the author of the app. He or she can guide you to best (and provide any new purchase code if required).
You should strive to always use the same ID as an Apple ID and iCloud ID. Otherwise you’ll appear to be two different people.
