Do Not Disturb While Driving

How do I turn off that second automatic text message reply? I would like people to only get the one customizable message, not the one that says they can type URGENT to force a message through.

It sends the one you can change in settings and then one that says I'm not receiving notifications but they can type "urgent." I would rather the second text (urgent) not be sent.
