Need Help to Solve Macbook Pro 2016 Retina Monitor
Dear supporter,
I have a Macbook Pro 2016 for nearly 2 years which is out of warranty now.
Last time, I found the retina monitor have light leakage at the bottom of the screen as below
I would like to argue that this fault related to the manufacturing process (due to short cable in retina screen of macbook pro 2016). As before, we just need to change the cable then problems solved. However, for macbook pro 2016, I have to spend huge money to change the monitor (instead of cable only) to fix it.
Currently, the screen went black display when I open it (But it works when I open for just a half - 45 degrees)
This is not a rare problem. Most people replaces their Laptops 3 or 4 times and still same. People had this problem with 2016 models, and reported. Apple knew the issue. What did apple do to solve this problem??
