Hi there, I have bought an album from iTunes a few days ago. When I open my music library it is not there. When I go back into iTunes it’s says purchased but I can’t get it to download into my library. I have an iPhone X and not even half the memory is used. Thanks for any help with this in advance

Are you getting an error message ? Have you tried logging out and back into the account in the iTunes Store app, and tried rebooting the phone ?
You've tried logging out of the account in the iTunes Store app, closing the app via the phone's taskbar, rebooting the phone, and then logged back in and retried ?

Thank you for your reply. If I go into iTunes Store and then into purchases the album is there to be downloaded. I then try to download it but it fails to download every time. I have checked my phone storage and I have over 40GB left
After I select music I go to the artist
I see the album, ready to download but when I click on it it tries to download but doesn’t do it.
There was no error message but I tried following your steps of advice and it worked. Excellent advice thank you
