iTunes and the "APP" tab

The "APP" tab does not appear in my iTunes .

How do I reinstate this tab ???

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that you are looking for the option to manage apps in iTunes on your Windows PC. This feature was removed in iTunes 12.7:

Changes in iTunes 12.7 - Apple Support

You can redownload apps , as well as some in-app purchases, following the steps here instead:

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support

Will downloading i-Tunes 12.9.3 resolve the issue with the "missing" APP's TAB ?

Are there many visible alterations to i-Tunes 12.9.3, or should one keep on downloading the latest versions ?
