I can download a book from Cloud to my device. But it dissapears from the device when I close iBooks app. I have enough free space on iPad.
How pto fix this problem? It really vwry useful to read books offline (in a plane or smth).

cloud you mean icloud or other?
in case you have macbook - try add book to book.app library enable synchronizing of books in icloud and then you will be able to download book and keep it offline without issues
also usually when you download book from internet and open it in ibooks it will be added to your library - check on Library - Collections - Downloaded
Yes, I mean iCloud. I’m doing exactly you wrote, but the problem is steel the same.
I can’t read books when go offline... iBooks suggests my to download this book again fom iCloud
