apple tv with multiple hdmi cables Here is my setup for my Apple TV: I have my Apple TV connected to HDMI wall plug #1. The HDMI wall plug #1 is connected by another HDMI cable to wall plug #2. A third HDMI cable connects from wall plug #2 to my TV. My Apple TV is recognized by my TV but I have a black screen and no sound. My Apple TV works fine when connected to my TV directly with a single cable. I confirmed the wall plugs work properly using another device. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Thanks!

No Sound When Playing A Movie or TV Show on Apple TV 4K Hello, I set up my Apple TV 4K just today to my Home Cinema. I can hear audio when playing a video (from Photos), when watching a YouTube video and I can hear the UI sounds. However I can’t hear a Movie or TV Show when it is playing. My projector has built in audio and it does in fact work as I can hear the above sounds. Can someone tell me why Movies and TV Shows don’t output any sound?

What model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

What model projector? Does it even have speakers?
