createinstallmedia

The "Install macOS High Sierra" is only 15MB on disk after I downloaded from the App Store. When I run "createinstallmedia" in terminal to create a bootable disk, it returns "macOS High Sierra.app does not appear to be a valid OS installer application". Is there another link that I should download from?

Where can I download High Sierra installer from to create. boot disk? All of the information about doing this points you to the App Store where there is indeed an entry for High Sierra. However, when you click GET it says it is not found. Is there some other place outside the App Store where I can download this from? Thanks!

No idea why some get the xxMB stub & others get the full xxGB Installer at the same link!?
