Open video in imovie library on finder

My iMovie wont open and I cant update it cause my current id apple is different than the one that I used to download it in the first place (that one is locked).

But before I delete and reinstall the app, there's a video i made that I really wanted to save and it doesnt appear on the imovie theater folder on finder, only the imovie library. But the file is not on video format like the ones on Theater and I dont know how to open and save it.

Does anyone have any idea of a solution?

That is the video file above (Finder> Movies> iMovie Library > Show package contents)

The project folders listed in the iMovie Library package contents on the finder cannot be opened or saved except by clicking on the project's icon in the iMovie app itself. The package contents projects folders are not really projects but are collections of data and codes that the iMovie app assembles into a project when you click on the project's icon in the iMovie app Projects browser.

The question is why are you not able to open your iMovie app. Can you give more details on that? How are you trying to open iMovie? What happens when you try? Is there any error message and, if so, what are the exact words? Have you tried using your old Apple ID to update? What do you mean when you say that the old Apple ID is "locked".
