Apple health app (the one with the red heart) missing from iPad

A few minutes ago I was cleaning up my screen by deleting unused apps when I noticed the Health app was gone. I looked for it by pulling down on the home screen and doing a search. Nothing. I restarted the iPad. Still nothing. Yes, I know this app is built into Apple devices and can be neither deleted nor downloaded from the App Store, but it is GONE and I’m not confusing it with a third-party app. How can I get it back?
