TBS and Apple TV Cable Authorization

I know this is a TBS issue, but they are no help. I have to reauthorize the app every-time I launch the app, which is usually daily.


I have the Apple TV set up with my Xfinity Comcast Account.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the App.


it just gets frustrating to not have at least a 1 week time period that I can stay authorized.


Any potential suggestions to change this?

As you have already noted this is a TBS issue. They would be responsible for the app and any fixes. This is not something a user has control over. I suggest you persist with them and encourage others to do the same

Noted.

It’s not bothersome to me. It’s just a small icon at the top with a clock ticking down that my preview would end., until I realized it could be ignored. I was only annoyed I had to keep registering.


He can lodge a complaint with the TBS App Developer if it’s annoying.

The OP asked how to fix the issue and you merely posted to check the settings, to which I pointed out that is not a solution. Only then did you clarify that the bug didn’t bother you and were choosing to ignore it, and thus your original statement was suggesting the OP to do the same.


We are all here to help users, just best to give them all the facts and if they are looking for a solution then they should be directed towards how to best accomplish that.
